Paragon Acura exceeded my expectation. I previously had a horrible experience with Paragon Honda in the past so I didnt know what to expect. Actually I was expecting the worst. What I got surprised me. I first spoke with a Vicky Dominquez(internet sales) and she couldnt be any friendlier. She answered all my questions and refered me to Camilo Barrientos. He turned out to be the most knowledgeable, honest, reliable and friendliest sales person I've met and could not be happier with my overall experience. Both Vicky and Camilo went out of their way to accomodate my needs in the purchase of a used 2008 Acura TL to ensure it was safe and reliable before picking up. Furthermore, they beat all competitors in terms of price. I already referred multiple people to this dealership and will be sending many more there way. Buying a Car is usually a headache and time consuming. Thats why I want to thank them again for a great experience of making this stress free and look forward to my next purchase!

We had an excellent experience at Paragon Acura. We have had bad experiences in the past when buying a car and were expecting more of the same. We had been promised the vehicle we wanted at a Long Island dealership, where we live, only to show up and be told that they did not have the auto. We called Paragon and they advised they would have our exact vehicle coming in the next day. They even quoted us a price that was below the price we were going to pay closer to home. We met our sales manager, Rob Salameh, and he offered the deal as expressed in our phone conversation. He advised us that the vehicle would be in later that day. Rob called us later that afternoon and advised that we could pick up the car at 5PM. We arrived at the dealership and found our new auto waiting out front with our plates already on it. We met with the financial consultant, Michael Francis, who advised us of our payment and accesory options. We came to a financial conclusion that we were very comfortable with. Finally, Reginald Vanwroten took us to our new ride and showed us how to operate all of the functions in the vehicle. He even programmed the vehicle to recognize our cell phones for blue tooth capability and set the navigation system for "HOME". Everyone we dealt with at Paragon treated us in a friendly and professional manner. We kept waiting for the bad experience to start and it never did. We both highly recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone looking to buy an Acura. It was a little farther away from home, but it was more than worth the effort. Happy motoring.

I recently got a car from Paragon Acura. The customer service was great and my salesman Roby was very helful. He helped me with any questions that I had. The staff is very courteous and willing to go out of their way to help you. Roby was very friendly and definitely made my shopping experience at Acura great. The General Manager Sasha Kekovic was also helpful. I will definitely refer Roby to any friends/family that are interested in purchasing an Acura.
