1. While looking for an Acura MDX 2008 I was sent an email stating that they had the exact model and color that I was looking for. My sales consultants name was Michael Cuffy he went above and beyond getting my vehicle ready to my liking. He made the buying experience less stressful as he promised that some of the imperfections that I saw on the vehicle would be taken care of and it was. He was great keeping me informed of the progress and returned my messages promptly. I would highly recommend this sales consultant. I was also very impressed with Wendy Deshais Delivery Manager. She sat down with me in the vehicle and instructed me on how to use the many features of my MDX. She was extremely knowledgable and very pleasant. I'm a Acura fan i love the brand so I and my grandpa went to the best dealer i could think Paragon Acura, when we got there they gave us a nice welcome thats really important cause that show they care about their costumers so we meet Jose an awesome guy, he really made everything goes nice and easy he was a friend during all the process of getting my new car, also Reginald was very helpful also cool guy (if you need to know every little detail of your Acura he is the guy) the process took a little bit long i think thats normal but the waiting was worth or should i say is worth. Im really happy with the deal i get and now i can enjoy my new baby Thanks Paragon Acura and thanks Jose for all your help.
3. I walked in without a appointment and was taken care of on the spot. I told them what I had to spend and after some time my price was meet. i was given a good deal on my trade. Also a great price on the new Acura TL 2012. The whole buying experience was pleasent. I drove out with the car in a few hours time. I dealt there before but I am really pleased as the staffs the best. I do recommend this dealership to all.
