"One day I had a concern regarding some work I had had done and so I called Paragon to explain my concern. I was encouraged to come on in and let them see the car and speak to me face to face. I agreed and the second I drove up JC Chan was waiting for me at the door. He remembered me and my boys and approached the car. He listened to my concern and helped me understand a few more additional things that most might already know and made me feel very important. I left confident that bringing the car back and discussing my concerns were the right choice. Thanks JC for your attention to detail and for your patience."


"I needed to bring my MDX into the shop for a check up and knew it was going to be complicated, because I have to bring my two small boys with me and wait. Anytime you have to wait with two small children the experience can be exhausting. Not only did other staff members play along with the fantasy that Optimus Prime was in the back fixing my car... a fantasy that totally entertained my sons, but Joe was extremely friendly and visited me a few times to make sure we were alright.

I felt at ease with Joe and knew he was watching out for us. Thanks Joe!"


"One day I received a call regarding my experience during one of my recent visits. I assured him that I had had a good experience while I was there. He seemed very involved in the quality of service that his men were responsible for. I was impressed and thankful that he cared enough to call me. With the exception of the high prices... but that is to be expected when you are dealing with quality automobiles... I feel truly blessed that these are the guys I have to deal with whenever I need something looked at or whenever the time is right for a check up.
