I bought used 2011 Acura TL. The customer service is good and sales person (Yadel) is very helpful and nice person. Even though we had minor issues regarding advertised price and APR on loan, I am happy with the deal I got. Its been six months I bought the vehicle and I had my first free service at Paragon Acura recently. Overall I recommend this dealer!!! -Grandhi This is my 3rd lease from Paragon. Overall very satisfied with the Sales Rep Sam Yip! The last two leases were with him. Some haggling about the final lease price but was OK with the final offer! Service is outstanding, always deal with Kevin! Looking forward to leasing the new RDX with Sam and hoping he offers a very, very good deal!Dealership is always very clean and they treat customers in a friendly way! -Light
