- I don't usually write reviews, but I loved my experience at Paragon Honda!!! Love my new car, and hope that they will continue being as helpful as they were today. The service was excellent, and I got a good deal for my car. -JackieI recently purchased (yesterday) the new Acura RDX 2013. I 'traded in' my old 2000 Infinity. The service was absolutely wonderful, everyone was so friendly. All my questions were answered, and price fit my budget perfectly. When the lady that was helping my family learn how to use the technology in the new car (her name was Sandy), she was so polite, and didn't rush us into anything. There were no rude glances, or eye-rolls, which are commonly found in other dealerships. Another example of their excellent service; I had forgotten to drop off my old car's spare key, so returned to the dealership. I found that I was having trouble opening the power tailgate- so called Sandy in again. Unable to discover the problem after a full-hearted attempt, she called her technician in, a very kind lady. They both decided to run the car through to the dealership's garage, just to check that nothing was wrong with our new car. My family was ushered into the waiting room, and offered refreshments. The waiting room is nice, with chairs, internet and television. No other dealership has such, and I've been to quite a few. The service was extremely quick. I barely watched 8 minutes of the program on TV, and was being called out again. I'm not sure why this dealership is getting so many bad reviews, for I completely disagree with them all. I love my new Acura, thank you Paragon for making this happen. -Natalie
