Paragon Acura - (4.6) Star Review on DealerRater

• I have owned an Acura MDX for 6 months. I have had quite a few issues with this automobile in the short time I've had it. I have taken it to three dealerships and have not had the best experience. One person that really came through for me was Mike at Acura Paragon. While going through a tough time there he came out of the woodwork and really tried to help me out with parts sand labor. If it wasn't for him I would be leaving a much different review but Mike in service is to be commended for his follow through and transparency in a difficult ordeal with a lemon of a car. Thanks Mike, thanks for helping me get through a stressful situation and being such a cool person about it. I am grateful for the help I had from Mike at Paragon Acura. -jmldesigns
