"I bought my new Acura MDX on 2009 at Tri-State Auto Mall at Flushing New York. The sales representative, Mark Ma, he didn't fully explain all the controls and usages of the navigation system thus giving me alot of hard time trying to figure out the system by myself. I think all their sales representatives need more training and learn more about the navigation system. I change my cell phone last week and I have no idea how to pair my cell phone to the navigation system with bluetooth. I tried to set it up by myself but ended up unsuccessful. So in search for helps, I went to Paragon Acura. The delivery manager, Wendy Deshais, she came up to me the moment I stepped into the car dealer and offer her services. Wendy explained the full functions and usages of the navigation system to me and she also helped me to pair up the cellphone with the navigation system while explain to me step by step while she was working on it. I am very grateful to her and i will give her a 5 stars on customer services and the expertise on the navigation systems. I will get recommend my friends to Paragon Acura!!" - unagisan
